Return and Refund Policy:

You can exchange and return the order within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Our customer support team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Kindly assist them.

Our Exchange policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can, and we welcome exchanges on the following terms –

* If a wrong product or size has been received 

* If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product

* If the product is received in a damaged condition

* If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expectation

* For returns the cost of freight & packing based on invoice value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original source of payment. (10% of the total order value will be deducted.)

* Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

* The purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions while returning:

      Category                                                                        Conditions

     Correct Product    –     The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match.

     Complete Product     –     If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.

     Unused Product         –     The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.

     Undamaged Product –     Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.

     MRP tag                    –     Tags should be attached to the product and undamaged.

Note: We do not provide exchanges for international orders.

Cancellation Policy:

* Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. 

* The partial cancellation of orders is not allowed.


* All refunds will be processed after the quality check of the received items within 7-10 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

* If there is any issue with the returned items and they fail the quality check the customer will be notified and same will be sent back to them. 

* Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the
same) Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.
